Get to the Root

Once you feel grounded, we go beneath the surface.
 

We explore:

  • What emotions are really underneath this?

  • What story did you start believing about yourself or God?

  • What did that younger version of you need back then?
     

You’ll start seeing how your body, beliefs, and past experiences all tie together.

That’s when patterns stop feeling random — and start making sense.

Apply the Framework (KTL Pillars)

Here’s where it gets real.
We connect your struggle to one of the Kurtis Teaching Library pillars —
whether it’s Fire, Storm, Shame & Blame, or The Matrix of Dysregulation.
 

This is where you realize:
 

“I’m not broken — I’m dysregulated.”
 

You’ll see what’s actually happening in your nervous system, and how to shift back into balance with clarity instead of shame.

This is where the real work happens — learning the language of your nervous system so you can master it instead of being ruled by it.

 

Now we bring in The Compassion Method.
 

We slow down.
We invite God into the moment.
We listen for His truth in the middle of the mess.
 

You’ll speak compassion to that younger self who’s still carrying the weight.

You’ll begin to feel what it’s like when love sits with your pain instead of trying to fix it.

Empower & Integrate

We end every session with something practical you can use right away —
breathwork, grounding, a prayer exercise, or a short journaling prompt.
 

You’ll walk away not just encouraged, but equipped.
Because insight without action doesn’t transform — integration does.

Keep the Momentum

Between sessions, I’ll give you 1–2 small steps that build on what we did.

Each one connects back to the KTL pillar we used that week.

The goal is continuity — healing that compounds.
