Teaching Library

The Forge of Emotional Health

Welcome to the Teaching Library—my armory of tools, frameworks, and hard-won lessons that help men regulate their fire, heal their marriage, and walk in purpose.

Motivational words can hype you up for a moment—but real transformation comes when you understand why you get stuck in the same patterns, and how to break them. This library is where I share the frameworks I use in my own life and with the men I coach. Each teaching gives you language, perspective, and tools to stand in the storm instead of being consumed by it.

Core Frame Works

These are the foundations of the Teaching Library — practical tools and truths that help you understand your nervous system, regulate your fire, and break free from the patterns that keep you stuck. Each framework gives you a new lens to see yourself, your marriage, and your purpose with clarity.

Nervous System & Regulation

Polyvagal Theory

Why your body flips into fight, flight, or shutdown — and how to get back to regulation.

Learn how your nervous system drives your reactions, and why safety, not willpower, is the foundation for change.

The Matrix of Dysregulation

Most men think they’re free, but really they’re trapped in cycles of autopilot: work, scroll, binge, crash.

See how dysregulation masquerades as normal life — and how regulation in Christ pulls you out of survival mode and into freedom.

Marriage & Intimacy

The Storm: When Life Hits Hard

Storms will inevitably come — divorce, betrayal, job loss, or sickness — moments that shake your foundation.

Learn how to stand calm in chaos, lead your family through struggle, and anchor yourself in faith.

Identity & Inner Work

Fire: The Gift and the Danger

Your intensity is not a curse — it’s a gift. But unregulated fire burns you and everyone around you.

👉 Learn how to regulate your fire so it refines and forges rather than destroys.

Heading (8).png

False Self vs. True Self

We all build armor to survive — but the false self keeps you stuck in cycles of shame and fear.

👉 Learn how to drop the mask, embrace vulnerability, and live from your God-given true self.

Untitled design (34).png

Inner Child Work

Your inner child still carries wounds that shape how you react today.

👉 Learn how to meet that child with compassion, provide what was missing, and integrate into wholeness.

Heading (5).png

Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)

Being deeply sensitive isn’t weakness — it’s a gift. Many men hide their sensitivity behind anger, numbing, or withdrawal, but sensitivity is actually God-given intuition and connection. It allows you to pick up on emotions and environments in ways others can’t.

👉 Learn how to regulate and reframe sensitivity so it becomes strength, not shame — a gift that forges deeper relationships, spiritual discernment, and resilience instead of burnout.

Heading (3).png

Emotionally Immature Parenting

When parents can’t regulate, children absorb their chaos. This is foundational trauma — but it’s not about blame. Most parents simply lacked awareness and tools.

👉 See how this shapes your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self — and how to break free from the cycle.

The Compassion Method

Transformation begins when compassion reaches the deepest wounds. True compassion doesn’t try to fix, distract, or avoid—it sits with you in the mess and brings safety where there was pain.

👉 Discover how encounters of love and re-parenting empower men to rewrite their story, releasing shame and finding strength through acceptance rather than striving.

The Enneagram

A powerful personality model and map for understanding your patterns, defenses, and core motivations. It’s also a powerful tool to better understand yourself and others.

👉 See how your type helps you recognize blind spots and unlock your path to growth in Christ. It helps reveal why you react the way you do, and how those patterns can either trap you or transform you.

God Encounter

Real change comes when God’s presence enters the moment of pain. In those encounters, His love breaks through lies, fear, and shame in ways that no amount of effort can. Transformation happens when you bring your wounds to Him instead of hiding them.

👉 Learn how to meet Jesus in the wound, exchange lies for truth, and anchor identity in Him.

Encountering God doesn’t just heal the past — it empowers you to live with courage, clarity, and purpose today.
