From Darkness to Light: Why I Coach Men Who Feel Like They’re on the Edge

For most of my life, I wore a mask.On the outside, I was strong, confident, and in control. Inside, I was in chaos. Rage, shame, and loneliness ran the show. I thought I could hide it, outwork it, or drown it out. But when the mask slipped, it hurt the people I loved most.
I’ve been through the fire — drug dealing, destructive habits, broken trust, and even moments where I didn’t want to live anymore. My turning point came when I realized the problem wasn’t the world around me… it was the storm inside me.
That’s when I began the hardest work of my life — learning to regulate my emotions, break destructive patterns, and step into the man God called me to be.
Now, I coach Christian men who feel like their anger, fear, or emotional shutdown is ruining their relationships. Men who are strong in the workplace but struggling at home. Men who want to love well but don’t know how to stop the cycle. This is why I focus on coaching men on the edge — the ones who feel like they’re about to lose it all but are ready to fight for change.
In my coaching, I help you:
Understand your nervous system so you know exactly when you’re in fight, flight, or freeze.
Develop real tools to calm the storm before it takes over.
Heal the connection with your wife or loved ones — not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more of the man God designed you to be.
