After developing The Inner Game of Leadership workshop and its companion workbook, the next challenge was practical: How do I explain the value of this program to the business owner who would actually be bringing me into their company? The employee workshop was designed around the experience of the individual—helping people better understand stress, awareness, regulation, communication, collaboration and performance.

After developing The Inner Game of Leadership as a workplace leadership program, I needed a way to explain the value of the program to the person who would actually be making the decision to bring it into their organization.
That meant creating a different kind of presentation.
The employee workshop focused primarily on the individual—awareness, regulation, communication, collaboration and performance. The business-owner presentation needed to answer another question:
