1. Do I need to be present during the detail?
Not necessarily. As long as I have access to the vehicle and we've discussed everything during the inspection, you don't need to stay while the work is completed.
2. What areas do you service?
New Season Detailing is a mobile service based in Brantford, serving Brantford and many surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether you're within my service area, just ask.
3. What does the free vehicle inspection include?
The inspection allows me to assess your vehicle's condition, discuss your expectations, recommend the right package, and provide an accurate quote before any work begins.
4. What's included in an Interior Refresh?
The Interior Refresh is designed for vehicles that need a thorough maintenance clean. It includes vacuuming, dashboard and panel cleaning, steering wheel and console cleaning, interior glass cleaning, floor mat cleaning, trunk vacuuming, and a complete interior wipe-down.
5. What's included in an Interior Deep Clean?
The Interior Deep Clean includes everything in the Interior Refresh, plus additional attention to neglected vehicles, heavy dirt buildup, deep crevice cleaning, stain treatment, extra brush work, and light-to-moderate pet hair removal.
6. Do you shampoo carpets or extract seats?
At this time, New Season Detailing focuses on thorough interior cleaning rather than carpet extraction or upholstery shampooing. Minor spot treatment is included when appropriate, but full extraction services are not currently offered.
7. Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Light to moderate pet hair removal is included with the Interior Deep Clean. Extremely heavy pet hair may require additional time, which will be discussed during the inspection.
8. What if my vehicle is extremely dirty?
No problem. That's exactly why I offer a free inspection. I'll recommend the appropriate package and let you know what results you can realistically expect before we begin.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and e-Transfer are accepted. Payment is due once the detail has been completed.
10. Do you take before and after photos?
Yes. I photograph each detail to document the transformation. If you'd prefer your vehicle not be featured in my portfolio or on social media, just let me know beforehand.
